The lamb shanks were tender and delicious, as were the lamb chops. The meat was of much higher quality than any other lamb I have previously eaten.

I met Julie Hackmann in the summer of 2025 with my wife at the Laurel Farmers Market. That fall my wife and i bought 2 of her yearling sheep and butchered them ourselves. We could eat lamb every single day for a third of the cost of buying lamb at a store. Thank you, Julie and family!
